Is it possible? I discovered that someone attempted it on the carb on my bike on carb #1. All carbs have size 42 slow jets according to the numbers stamped on the side, but the slow jet on carb #1 doesn't match the others. It has a flat head screw top, and a visibly larger hole.
According to the incredibly helpful "HOW TO .. Remove, Clean, Rebuild and Reinstall PD46A carbs" By Brian Barnes, these carbs should size 39 slow jets. It there a way to change all slow jets to stock size, or at least change the odd one to match the others?
