Got a new to me keychain in the I.D. today. Does anyone know what language this is, or what it says? Thanks

Per my son: It's from the Chinese government that existed before the one that's there now.  Probably around the 1930s or so.  It's a souvenir given out to remember the 3-year anniversary of a museum in China.  Literally it says something like "3 year anniversary of this museum in the Republic of China."

That's awesome, thank you... Shucks, I was hoping it said something like "rubber side down bring many years of good health".

I had the local parlour tattoo it on my manhood (with lots of room to spare), so what do I do now as it transpires it is not a mystical message that will enthrall women ?

I should have waited !!!

Saw a tattoo parlour in Tokyo a few years back. It had a sign in Kanji and underneath was English 'translation' "PRICK ROOM". Laughed so much I forgot to take a photo.

Museums must have little attendance when they celebrate the third anniversary by issuing souvenirs....
