Topic: 550 Bearing Color Vs Letter

  Hello All,

  I have some bearing questions for you all. Long story short, I need new bearings. Confirmed by my machine shop. After close inspection by the machine shop, they gave me some info on the new bearings to buy as I told them I would source all the new parts. Problem I have is, they gave me the bearing color I need new, but on the Honda parts fiche and the David Silver Spares site, they list the bearings by Letter. Can someone help with identifying the Letter I need for each of these colors?

Connecting Rod Big End - All Brown = ??

Crank Mains -  Green = ??
                   -  Brown = ??

   So based on that Chart, My connecting rod Brown Bearings I need will be 'B''s I guess. And for Mains I will need 'B's and 'C's. Browns and Greens. If someone wants to tell me otherwise, please, feel free.
