Sam, what was your impression of the bike? Was this a production model, or a specially prepped LSR job?

Just a production model Scott, should make it worth a bit more when they sell it. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
They ought to have you take it for a drag strip run; I bet it's 60' time would beat the auto.  ;D Probably be very consistent as well???

Hi Sam,
Speaking of 1 mile tracks they are building one  20 minutes down the road from where I live in the middle of nowhere.
cant wait  ;D    I will have to it fit front brakes though there is a mallee forest at the end :o

If you want a look just google  " south Australian timing association "

They are going well with only 40 members last year , now 60 members this year they have purchased the property aand had the all civils done, the track is all slurried up ready for sealing , they have the concrete barriers in place etc so just saving for the bituman.

They are doing a great job for a few blokes.

Aside from the record run Sam, what are the claims for run time/battery life in the production model? I expect battery technology will improve by leaps & bounds in the next while. These bikes may well create renewed interest.

Hei, congrats Sam, and Alex too if you are reading this!

Considering how the FIM blundered with e-GP racing, good to see that people are not giving up.

that said, who is the guy who designed THAT THING? :)

it's a bit odd to put it mildly...

or maybe he should stay under the rather actually....

It was a mile Tony, just not a flying mile.
The speeds of the fast boys has outgrown the length of the runway and stopping is the biggest problem.
