When do you know your suspension is worn out?

When you hit a pot hole, the rear shocks compress totally first then your neck second. At this point a jolt of electrical impulse is sent through your arms and your fingers straighten out. At this point you lose control since you momentarily are not holding onto your grips.   
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

The rear end used to slip out a bit while cornering sometimes - new shocks & swingarm bushings fixed that nicely.
