Student with chemistry major comes to rent a condo in college town. The landlady walks her through the place.
Landlady: "You will like it here, it is close to the campus and also my previous tenant was a chemistry major."
Student looks at the floor and sees a big spot right in the middle of the carpet:
"I see and he made this spot during chemical experiment, didn't he?"
"No, that's actually him."
