I could see you at the local bar,  "You like my seat?   My mom made it for me you know!"  haha just kidding, if you have the contacts go with the simplest cheapest route

Good Luck

The seat in Jevfro's pic is definitely NOT an OEM CB400F or CB350F seat.  Neither of those models had the owner's manual holder on the underside of the seat pan.  My '76 550K does have the owner's manual holder similar to Jev's seat, but the pan shape is different in several regards.   I have no idea what seat is shown in Jev's pic, but looking at the hinge bracket mount spacing I can tell you for a fact that it is not a direct bolt-on to a 350F.

Well I am taking a drive today to the city (San Fran) with fam and friends, so I hope to drop by Charlies where they do vintage honda cbs. I will probably send my five year old son in there to look sad and ask around for a pan at the least.

Thanks Dougie, I had a great day in the city, but I failed to find the bike shop.

This experience has already taught me that getting ones hopes up is the first step to dissapointment. Though I did get in contact with a Bay Area lady who will do recover for 80, new foam for 30 or a recarving/recovering (a la PT55's seat) for about 120. So if I was to even find a piece of crap at least I have a source for the work.

The solution . . . . Went down to Charlies-Place in San Francisco . . . got my damn seat. Now it is time to recover. Thank you all for putting up with my endless beggy thread.
