Guys, Any opinions on a good oil pressure gauge to use on a CR replica?

Not really a fair answer but if you look around you can buy new oil pressure gauges, the same as used on the CR750 off course, for 60 to 100 dollars.
I bought mine from ebay (paid 50 euros including shipping) but im sure you can buy them in some stores.

I bought two cheap eBay ones and they both failed in a week, pouring hot oil on my foot. You know the lesson learned here
