I have decided to get a quote to have all three engine bolts and the swingarm pivot bolt manufactured from 18-8 Stainless Steel. The bolts will be 12pt flanged heads with matching nuts. Here is the breakdown of each bolt:

-The one at the front of the engine will be stock length.
-The rear bottom one will be longer than stock but have enough thread to be cut down or used with original footpegs.
-The rear top one will be longer to accommodate a beefier rear engine bracket but with enough threads to be used for the stock stamped steel one as well.
-The swingarm pivot bolt will long enough to accommodate rearset brackets and spacers but with enough thread to cut down to original length.

The cost is the kicker. Each kit, assuming I buy 20, will be around $325-350, which would include 4 bolts and 4 nuts. Any less kits than that and the price really gets prohibitive.

I would like to hear feedback on my thought process as well as the idea and if there is anything I missed or someone things needs changing.

Its a good idea but in my opinion the pricing is too high.  I have seen similar kits for a lot less there is the one below and i have seen another one around the $150 price point

First, you can buy ARP 12pt stainless metric bolts off the shelf here: www.allensfasteners.com
The "custom" length engine mounting bolts are easily made. 303/304 Stainless metric rod (10mm and 12mm). Thread both ends. Buy 12pt metric stainless nuts from above. Done.

Ive bought an entire engine and bike kit bolt-by-bolt for about $500. Made a few custom ones (like I described) for about $10 each. I used a 12pt nut in one application, short threaded other end, screwed nut on, welded it, faced it in lathe. Done.

Here's some better pics of easy to make bolts- the 8mm 12pt I made as described above with an ARP nut, welded to a 303 rod turned in the lathe. It's a case bolt for the 500 motor (no longer available anywhere on earth it seems  :'( )
The others are the bolts I made for Edward "in process".

Point is, any lunkhead like with me a lathe and a welder can do this for you. I think you can accomplish what you want without the tremendous expense of custom sets.

Thanks for the input guys. I made my own using a similar technique, but wanted to know what it would really cost to have a new set made. Frankly, I was blown way at the cost. To make it really economical, I would need to commit to 100 sets, which would be probably near $10,000.
I can, however get larger than 12mm (ARP's largest size) nuts made for a much more reasonable price. Im thinking of looking into 14mm (swing arm pivot) and 20mm for the rear axle.
All you gotta do is do what you gotta do.
