Hello, all. Regarding cb650 alternator brushes and SOHC brushes in general, can anyone confirm that they are different in length when new...with the top brush (referred to as brush 'A' in the parts schematic) being just slightly longer? I've replaced mine during my charging system rebuild with new ones from Rick's, and A is about 2 mm, or 1/8 inch, longer.
