Topic: Speedometer Swap

So I recently bought my first bike and planned to do some work on it. It is a 1970 Honda Cb100. It is complete but some of the parts could be replaced. It has an American Speedometer on it therefore it is mph. I live in Canada so i want to swap the speedo for one in kmh. I have purchased an original 1970 honda cb100 speedo from ebay but my question is what do I have to do to the bike so it will cooperate with the new speedo.

and viring for lights..
.thek it vorks..they can drying aut in the lubed bushing. so it all are bloked. and brake your cabel and spedo drive,dovn in hveel
so fill some thin wd 40..mixed vith thin oil. in,hvere the caben are mounted.. (spedo upside dovn)and let it sit for a auer..so the mix can suck inn and loosen/lube ...
or atleast try vith a sqare nail vho fits in the hole,,,that it turns free....dont overfill...(and dont let the spedo stands upside dovn for longer time some auers) it can be destroued.(.some dæmper liqid can run aut)
