I've just rebuilt the swingarm for my '75 CB550. Replaced the old swingarm bushes with flanged brass bushes from kenosha_kid.
The swingarm collar took a fair bit of persuading to remove from the old bushes & has some pitting, but I thought it would probably clean up OK. I recently saw a post by Hondaman saying that the clearances between the collar and bushes need to be .0008" to .0012" (0.02 to 0.03mm) - mine are currently beyond that.
So I was just hoping, before I go and order a new collar(New collars aren't cheap for a man in Aus.), if someone might be able to share the dimensions of the collar & bushes - Outer diameter of the collar & inner diameter of the bushes.
I just want to make sure the bushes I have are actually within spec., before I go and order a new collar.
