Seattle, Thursday Night, was it anyone here?
« on: October 13, 2006, 11:15:57 PM »
I was in Seattle this past week at a trade show. Walking along 1st Ave downtown I heard A HUGE familiar ROAR of some bikes comming down the street, looked up and saw 4 Very Cool Old Cafes ;D  Made my trip worth it to see 4 such great examples of what a bike should look like.
Black,  Low, and loud!!!!!!  They went by pretty quick but at least one of the had the old 7504 logo on the oil panel.

I'm serious when I say my heart rate went up a quite few beats when they flew by ;D ;D ;D ;D

God I wish I could have joined them :'(

Any one here?

Unfortunately not me, but I think I've seen these guys at the Isle of Vashon this past summer. Killer bikes!

Was this one of them?  I sold it to a guy up in Seattle last year, he was 7' tall, made the 750 look like a pit bike.

Geez, kind of miss it now.

HI!  I took this here '78 CB750 SS out to the 2007 VME Vashon Island rally *(It was a blast)*, and you were right Mike.  People love it, as do I.  The bike is loving the Dyna S coils and Dyna electronic ignition I put in it and the new tires.  Although a 80 year old man ran it over with his truck this Spring and busted off the fairing.  >:(
