Newish bike today
« on: March 28, 2015, 10:28:17 PM »
My FZR is having odd issues (read dead in the water) the CB is in a million parts waiting for warm weather and I needed a ride. Cl to the rescue. I'm now the owner of a 95 CBR600f3. I t needs some plastic, a cam chain adjustment, mirrors, and windscreen. I haven't tried it at speed but the handling is better than any of my other bikes, but best of all I finally have a semi-modern Honda.

Don't kill yourself on that little screamer, they are fast.

Don't worry, nice and slow until I get it adjusted to me. The I'll try fast through every corner I can find :)

Reading over the manual now to familiarize myself with where all the important parts are, You know fuses, cable routing, cam chain adjustment. All the fun stuff

Just rode the bike to the auto parts store for a headlight. This is the most perfectly fitting bike I've ever ridden. It took about 30 seconds of riding to become acclimated to it. It's as smooth as a well running CB550 and has more power than my FZR600. The bike is so comfortable too. It's like the CBR and I were made for each other. Once i get mirrors on it I'll try it at no police around speeds and report back.

Now to get the 500 running for my son and we can ride together.
