Topic: Gasket Kit Help..What is everything?

Hi All,

I am working on my engine rebuild and my kit contains all of gaskets/o rings needed. Problem I am running into, they aren’t identified! I have a general idea of what some are but some I don’t know, mainly the o-rings

Can anyone help identify/confirm my predictions below?


12329-323-000 - Breather Cover Gasket - x1
12391-323-000 - Cylinder Head Cover Gasket - x1
91302-001-020 - O-Ring 30.8mm - x12— 4x for Intake manifolds, 8x for Tappet covers
91303-035-000 - O-Ring 11 x 2.5mm - x3—Valve oil control at engine base, but why 3?
91319-323-000 - O-Ring 6 x 3mm - x4--?
91301-200-000 - O-Ring 10 x 1.6mm - x8—Valve guides (wont use)
91301-323-000 - O-Ring 5 x 2.4mm - x2 – Valve oil control between jugs and head
91304-286-000 - O-Ring 61.8 x 2mm - x4 – Engine jugs/sleeves
12251-374-005 - Cylinder Head Gasket - x1
12191-374-000 - Cylinder Base Gasket - x1
18291-390-000 - Exhaust Pipe Gasket - x4
12209-333-005 - Valve Stem Seal - x8

I had the same problem, suggest you measure the O rings to ensure you have the correct O ring for the right part.

Thanks, I intend to measure them to identify them. However, I still need help identifying where they go once measured....

I know this is an old topic, but I was just trying to figure out the answer to this problem.

There are three (3) 11x2.5 o-rings (91303-035-000) on the crankcase, because two of them go around the two center-rear cylinder studs. 

The third one is the seal for the oil path plug cap on the left side of the crankcase, near the base of the #1 cylinder.

Incidentally, there are two more o-rings just like them, on the same two cylinder studs, but they go on top of the cylinder block.

(For some reason, my "complete" gasket set only had two, when I needed at least four, maybe five if I were replacing all of them.  To make it even more confusing, Honda used four different part numbers for this o-ring.)
