Well i was able to get a couple of numbers off the tab on the tank that is towards the seat.  What i could read is 6J15   Anyone know what this might mean?  I searched and couldn't find anything regarding this. Was hoping it would give me some insight for what year it is.  Looks like it is a 20mm petcock opening as well.

Well my front brake is still dragging it seems.  When i am not using the front brake i am still getting a squeal. When i engage the front brakes the squeal goes away.  I am thinking about replacing the pads but they seems pretty new and work great still.  I have replaced the master cylinder, put slingshot SS lines on, have cleaned and bored out the caliper, taken a metal dremmel brush to the grove the gasket sits in and got all the crap out of it.  This didn't happen before I took this all apart.

Any other advise on this?

squealing front pads are endemic to many CBs. Either the compound of the pads you chose, or, a bit of Hi Temp grease on the back of the pad helps. The sequel is from vibration when retracted, so its a fiddly thing.

Well i have ordered more items for my electrics revamp.  Ordered another 3 button m-switch and also the ricks reg/rec.  I think all that i need to do is order my turn signals and figure out my rear brake light.  Also figure out the seat. I keep going back and forth on it on the style I want. I just need to pull the trigger.

Not sure what style I want to go.  Not sure if i want to do the LED strip in the hoop or a different LED one.

What am I missing to rewire my bike motogadget stuff.  1978 cb750K

m blaze disc turn signal x2
3 button m switch x2
m unit wiring kit
M Button
ricks reg/rec
flexible turn and brake led tail light



what am i missing or what do I need to use from the stock electronics on the bike?

Thanks Calj737..its been a long time coming but the bike is going to go over to moto-fied LLC here in Milwaukee and the Owner Nick is going to get the work done for me. I wanted to get all of this done but its been a crazy year since I was going to do this all my self.  New Job, had a baby so most the time is spent there!

I have all the parts so at least its just going to be labor and some fab for the mlock and the rear seat hoop.

 I think the website was done by Hardly DavidStone because it just Screams "Tractors" but the organizers tell me they are trying to have a mix of builders in the show.

I am hoping to check the show out this weekend. Hope that my son will come with me and will love seeing everything even though he is just 8 months old. I am looking forward to checking your guys bike out! I am hoping to get mine out for the brewtown rumble..we will see though! I am still loving the mount you made for the speedo on my bike!
