CB350F Exhaust Repair/Replacement options
« on: June 01, 2015, 03:21:17 PM »
The mufflers on my CB350F are rusted like crazy and may be cheaper to replace than repair.  Does anyone make a header reducer that will take two down to one to mount a standard muffler on?  One of my headers is rusted through near the muffler mount and would need to be cut and have some kind of reducer welded in to combine them.

Basically looking for any ideas that will keep me from spending $300 on aftermarket exhaust.  Really hoping for something less than $100.

Can't help ya, but in the same boat.

Mine were so rusted the mufflers just fell right off when I unbolted them.

We may end up having to shell out the money, if we want a decent system.
If it ain't raining, I'm riding.....~~{iii}?~~prost

If it sounds like I know what I'm talking about, it's because I cut and pasted from someone else.

Check these folks out- provide DIY kits, calculations for the right size, and all the components to repair or build a system

Awesome!  That is exactly what I have been looking for!  I hope their prices are reasonable!
