Posted about this a while back (http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php/topic,143676.0.html), but It's now done.  Just returned from our 3 week, 2900 Mile Journey from Indianapolis, IN to Bar Harbor, ME and back.  Left in pouring rain and returned in it and soaked through  ::)  Thanks Indiana for the nice departure and welcome!

Here's roughly the route we took...too tired tonight to do a long write up, so I'll do it and post some more pics tomorrow. This was the first trip longer than 2/3 days that my wife and I have done on 2 wheels, and it was awesome!  We had a great time and cant wait to do it again.

Camping in Allegheny National Forest

Finding the safest roads

Enjoying Finger Lakes Wineries

Friending the local wildlife

Random Cemetery Stops

Haulin' wood in the Adirondacks to keep warm

All Loaded down and read for hanging out in Maine for a few days

Rose is happy to be off the bike and staying in once place for a couple days in a row

Will do a better write-up and more stuff tomorrow.

Cheers, Joe

Nice bike! I saw one a few weeks back at the ferry dock.

sorry for delay in further write-up/pics.  Work and normal life has been hectic as I abandoned it for 3 weeks  ::)  Will get pics off phones in the next day or so and try and post.

Looks like you are driving near me sometime in the future. drop in if  you want to visit local scenes and get the skinny on some nice roads.
