Honda cb 500 four worn gearbox?

So my bike is slippin some times out of 3 gear and its hard to get downshifting and its hard to put gears on sometimes. So do i got worn gearbox or do i have bad clutch ?

If slips out of gear while riding, sounds like worn shifter forks and related parts
