I'm looking for as the topic states. I've checked 4into1, Dime City, and numerous other motorcycle superstores and have also tried to find something on MotionPro's website. I have my speedo mounted on the right hand side of the bike with tach on the left using the stock gauge mounting bracket, the shortest cable I've found is a 27.5" which fits but just barely. I'm not running a front fender so the routing of the cable just runs straight up the fork with a little play for fork full extension.
Does anyone know of a cable that is 28" to 30" at the maximum maybe by another manufacturer? All the cables listed on Dime City that isn't Honda do not state the cable length and same with Motion Pro's website.. vehicle makes but no length dimensions.
I know I'm not the only one that's not running a front fender, I could go with a slightly longer cable but I don't want spaghetti between the triple trees.
Also, I do have some new gauges incoming which might have me mounting them on the oem gauge cluster bracket holes directly. Anyway, hoping I get some insight and some other options before I go ahead and order another 27.5" (My oe speedometer ate the cable, or at least that's what I'm hoping hence the new gauges i purchased.)
