Topic: HElP!!!!Honda cb 500 four latching gearshift drum

So i just put my crankcases together and every think was okay in the inside nothing was broken or worn. But i got one problem
so i put cordless thrill on to other gearbox shaft and i turned it around fast with thethrill (so i can see does it work like it should)
and i turned gearbox and sometimes the gear dont go all in when i turned it aroud with the thrill and then if i dont get gear back on it right position my gearshift drum latch and i have to open gearshift drums bolt on the upper crank case and then it works again. And this latching happen from second gear to 3 or to 4.and when i try to put gears when i turn gearbox with hand it doesnt never latch!
So whats wrong?

try it again while turning the front sprocket shaft. 
small rotations forward and back to help the shift forks get the dogs lined up.
