Very Very cool. So Custom, it's become something else. Great work man, not many people can pull a bike like this off so elegantly. Really looking forward to seeing it completed.

I dont recall whether you were ever asked or stated; are you planning to install a frame kit for servicing/installing the motor? I'd encourage you to, also to design something especially elegant if you do

I need to think about it. But yes good point probably it is a must have especially because there will be also so many modifications on the engine. I will see if I can think of something elegant

I started with a CB750A frame. Now looking at a few of your parts

BTW........I have a little experience with building the F2 motor.....but you may choose to go your own way........and that's THE BEST

So current state of build is this.

Frame modifications are done more or less. I am waiting for tarozzi rear sets to arrive so I can test rear brake cylinder. Front brake cylinder is mounted below tank. I need to make custom brake cable.

But I will need to make something like 754s frame kit. I thinks 754s kit perfect. Just shipping would cost me more then kit....

Metal shaping work has begun... I hope I will get the tank and the tail before the end on this month. I will post pictures of progress.

I ordered some things from CycleX for my engine... It will be a 836cc

Currently I am designing all the chain tensioners. I need to correct weak points of cb engine before I upgrade the power

you can follow the design process in high performance part of forum.

Also I will vapor blast all the engine parts(cases, head etc...) and I will do vapor blasting by myself with some improvised equipment because where I leave no body is doing good vapor blasting

The frame kit weighs under 500 grams in shipping box..
Shipping with tracking is around 30 bux or so...... but be about 2 weeks to get more ready..
yout bike is llooking good , take lots of pics while shaping the metal.

I wonder if a roundover bit in a router could handle cutting aluminum? It is easy to machine but cutting dry it tends to clog some cutters. I don't know if your router could handle cutting fluid as long as you don't get it in the bearings or router motor.
If it could then with several passes taking small cuts you could do roundovers on blanks of aluminum you have cut to shape. Jigging the part so it wont move and you have a solid surface to run it so it doesn't tilt causing a bad cut. A variable speed trim router would be what I would test it with on some scrap.

If you have done it without CNC yours are better

What is the price of one houre work on CNC in US?
You can make mine design with waterjet and than add fillet by hand.

Not sure about this. But fillet can be added with some hand tools... If you want to spend time on it

A quarter round bit in a router works perfectly. It's the quickest and most accurate way to get a nice radius on an aluminum part. I'm playing around with this very method on the custom triple trees I'm making.

There is much small stuff going on. I haven't updated the thread for some time... been busy. I received so much stuff for the engine for engine. But first some small custom stuff

I finished final design of cam and primary chain tensioners.

I cut on laser some stainless steel sheets.

I am waiting for plastic to be cut on cnc.

Also I made some central wheel for cam tensioner( explanation High Performance » CycleX HiPo cam chain tensioner & primary chain tensioner). It is made of 4721 steel and then nitrated to 55Rc.

And I made several torsional springs for primary tensioner. I wanted to test different diameters of wire. I ended with 3mm black wire for springs. So it is a HD spring 0.1mm more in diameter then stock

... And of cores you have to heat threat your springs if you want them to last...

And some custom rocker shafts. 4721 steel nitrated to 55RC

And this is still cheaper then oem things
