My first bike ever was a 1983 XV500K Virago. I bought it in 2000 and loved every mile I put on it. Unfortunately, in 2006, I sold it to cover other expenses in my life. That was a hard lesson learned. Never sell the only bike you have, because you don't know when you will be able to ride again. In 2012, I finally had two wheels again after getting my CB750 chopper to the point I could ride it. It felt good to have a ride again, but I always missed my first bike. After years of searching for another one in nice condition, I finally bought another XV500K again today, and I couldn't be happier. I'll post some better pics later, but here it is:
