Do you mean all the individual parts and fasteners if you dismantled absolutely everything that can come apart without being destroyed (ie dismantling a chain produces a lot of parts but they won't go back together), individual parts that Honda would sell you, or some other criteria?
There are a few assemblies that can be taken apart but were only sold complete - a lot of carb rack parts and the switchpod internals were never available for example.
Perusing a parts book would give you a few days of fun counting all the parts.
That excellent photo of the CB750 parts all laid out was missing several things.
