Need a reccy for a good V4 mechanic in West Virginia

Hoy hoy,

I got a call from a customer a day or so ago, he's got an 85 Magna 700 that he loves - but he reports a significant loss of power at highway speeds and noise from the top end. That's the sum of what I know, but I'd like to help steer him to a reputable wrench he can trust if I can. He's located in Fayetteville, West VA, pretty smack dab in the center of the state, and I think he'd travel if he needed to get it ironed out.

Can anyone here recommend a good resource? Feel free to post here, or via email directly if you prefer, using nils@restocycle.com.

THANK YOU in advance for any leads.
