Good article, and it has a nice chart for torque settings of various metric bolt sizes... including lubricated vs dry!

One thing to note, the thread pitch of the larger sized bolts on that chart does not agree with those found on our beloved CBs. Hence, the torque will be lower on our bikes. Just a word of caution. It is very useful, but like all things, application of the information is equally important.
