So it sounds like you may have 2 problems: first problem is likely that the battery is now "bad". If it recharges, but drains promptly, probably it needs replacement. Charge it fully, then let it stand off the charger for 2 hours and measure the voltage directly at the battery. What is it?
You posted earlier that your Regulator was "broken". How did you fix it? And please provide some details on how you wired the bike up. The reason I ask is, the stock charging system is pretty weak when idling, and it will operate in a deficiency (drain) until the motor is revving past +2,000 RPMs. So with the motor running, test the voltage at the battery at idle, 3,000 RPMs, 4,000 and 5,000 RPMs. What are these readings? This is a good indication if the bike is "charging".
Even if your bike is charging, but your battery is bad, the bike will run quite poorly. Are you still running the stock ignition? Stock coils?
Lastly, while troubleshooting, it's a good idea to remove the headlight fuse to eliminate the drain in the charging system until the bike is operating fully. And of course, is the headlight the stock wattage?
