Very quiet.

It's private on youtube. You need to set the youtube video settings to public.

Sounds about right to me, at least at idle. At first it sounded a little like it was missing, but it's hard to tell if that's the bike or the recording. When everything is adjusted right (cam chain, valves, a/f and carbs synced) mine, with the stock airbox and filter, the engine on mine sounds like an angry sewing machine at full speed (ignoring the exhaust sound). The top end of my motor, for lack of a better description, makes a lot of "snick-snick-snick" sounds, and I don't hear the same in your video. Mostly all I can hear is the exhaust, which sounds pretty similar to mine.

Okay I have no idea what it should sound like so thanks. It's pretty close to a pissed off sewing machine.

Sounds like it's sucking air, sounds like throttle response is retarded due to too much air not enough fuel ,and a lack fast enough air mixture.
First off, pods allow too much air. Almost always will run better with stock airbox.... if you feel you need more air why not take the outer cover off the filter and see if breathing easier is what you are after. The hardware stores sell screen and storm window keeps for cheap exterior storm doors that will hold your stock filter tight without the cover...in case you think the box is being air starved. Still a better option than pods (I think)
Secondly, we don't know if you fiddled with jets or needle location or cleaned the emulsifier tubes when cleaning.
Third, we don't know if you sync'd the carbs
Fourth have you checked the valve adjustments.

The sound will sound like that through a stock 650 exhaust, they are pretty quiet and mild...it's the firing and throttle response that would concern me.

I completely took carbs apart and ultra sonic cleaned everything didn't mess with needles changed jets to 120/40 I just wanted to try the pods as my box was junk. I have purchased a new air box as I hear so much negative views on pods. Air fuel screw is currently set to two and a half turns out.
