JAS67............I see you on the Honda305 site...........cables and carb parts at scramblercycle.com
I tend to have a few parts for the 305 motors and occasionally have body parts. I see from the pics that you could mix & match a few parts and have a quite complete bike in original condition........if you need starter gears, I have a right-case-cover with gears but not the kicker..........it has a small amount of metal missing at the top-rear........so only good for parts. Can't remember, are you the one I discussed the flat-bars with a few weeks ago?

Nice to see the interest...........I have restored 6 of the CL77s and have two on my work bench..............Also have a couple of 250cc CL72 models to build.

I just looked at your site -- I see you do Guzzis too!   I'm also a Guzzi fan, though I don't have any vintage ones.

Do you have, or know where I can get NOS fuel tank side covers?

All three sets of mine have too much patina for a restoration.

At this stage of the game, I will keep the best of all three as an unrestored rider w/ patina, and sell the rest.    I'll then just keep an eye out for a nice original or restored one.   I think for what it will cost me to restore one of these, I can just buy a nice one.   Heck, for what I have in all three, I could buy a nice one (why didn't I?).

Wow, that looks nice!   I've always liked the look of the loop-frame Guzzis.  That's a good price if it looks as good up close as it does in that pic.

It's in Oregon, far west. With shipping not feasible.

Would rather put the monies towards a newer one.

........67...........and others.........I am not Scrambler Cycle..........but he is a friend and sort of 'borrowed' my aka name, but we live more than 200 miles apart. Kevin is a good source for other vintage parts and loves to work on side-car rigs. Strynboen.........I am negotiating the sale of one of my rebuilt  CL77s to someone in France. I have a friend in Scotland with a CL72 and several UK blokes have early CB72s........so you may find a buyer for your chassis and motor that is not too distant.

Back to the topic...........If the '65 is a runner, it looks to be the most complete. Note the steel-leg forks...........that fender will not fit on the others with alloy legs. All other parts are interchangeable but note the style of the later seats.

I agree, it IS nice to see the Honda Super Hawk, peaking someone's interest. I had a '66 Hawk (CB72, 250cc) back in 1968-69, while in Japan in the Air Force, Always wanted the 305 model and started gathering parts to build one myself and while mine was in the Mockup stages, my Close Friend in Fort Smith (Arkansas) Did some swapping around, got a '66 Super Hawk, that needed a going through. He always liked them and knew I did as well and that I was trying to get around to building one. So, he built his and after awhile, we ended up doing a "Trade Deal" And I ended up with his Super Hawk. So Now, I Have A Cool Super Hawk AND parts to build 1 0r possibly 2 more. Also, I picked up on a '63 CL72 Scrambler awhile back and hoping to be able to do a nice job on that one. Totally enjoyed my 250, while in Ja[pan, I can tell you that.
