Identify these hard bags?

Just looking to see if anyone can help me in identifying these bags. Came with the bike and there aren't any markings on them - they've been re-painted so maybe the markings have been covered?

Maybe Bates?
Compare the details with pics from the web and maybe you can match them up with a brand.
Buco, Bates, Shoei and several knock off brands were available.
If they were mine I would mount them and use them.

Something about the shape says Wixom to me.
