I know there are full engine nut/bolt kits, but after searching via search function in this site and googling I wasn't able to find any complete sets in regards to everything else on the bike. Do they exists? I understand the FAQ/supplied manual have all the parts lists, but let's just say you wanted brand new everything that clamps, bolts, screws, etc does anyone provide it? If no, I'm assuming if it doesn't exist and I have to track down each individual part there will be some cases where I'd probably only be able to purchase in bulk aka (clamps in packs of 10) so would anyone be interested in a comprehensive set, if we were to comply a list of all the needed OEM  parts or best alternative? Is there any full descriptive list outlining the size/length/width of each piece?

complete fastener kids dont exist, AFAIK
All bolt specs(dia, length, TP) and part #'s are listed in the fiche.  I use cmsnl.
Boltdepot.com is a good seller if OEM is not available.

I have never seen a "complete" kit either. That being said, online retailers to a heck of a job on price and selection. I'm partial to Allens Fasteners myself, and have not been able to beat the price, service and selection for both socket Allen bolts as well as the ARP items I have on my project bike.

You can buy much of what you need at a good hardware store. As others have said there are a few sites to reference the correct size and where it goes.

Also, check out through this thread. I used it a few times, as i built my bike starting with just a frame and needed alost every bolt/nut/washer:

ARP?

Just curious what benefits do you get from the allen over regular? and which online retailers do you recommend?

I would say benefits for Allens include them being much more difficult to strip the heads. I chose to go with ARP because they are essentially the highest quality fasteners you can buy for automotive applications and I wanted a different look. It was suggested to go to a local retailer with a good faster selection but you would likely pay a ton more money. For example, the local hardware sells M6 SS washers for $0.60 each, while I can get the same for $0.04 on Allens Fasteners. That type of savings applies across fastener types.
All you gotta do is do what you gotta do.
