honestly, any 4 cyl used box from early nineties japanese bikes are super cheap and easy to adapt to a sohc. most also use on pickup...

in the gpz550 forum there was a guy using a gm box

Yip. Found one. Poped it on and it works. Just never seen a unit like this. Real cool

i like bosch for its germen vay to make it simpel solid standarlised to all elektric use its bosch kode in vire and konnektion indifikation..but i have not faund it on any lists...closest numbers are some brake parts..so it are gone for long time ago...

mind posting a pic? would also be interesting what kind of advance curve it makes. looks likes it replaces the centrifugal advanc eunit, right?

looks very similar to the Bosch ignition fitted to 70's and early 80's laverdas . people changed these because the ignition curve was wrong .

interesting, turns out that these german boxes were fitted also to guzzis and ducatis.... bosch 1 217 280 042

and then people complain about italian electrics
