Carburetors removed easily with the exception of the "pinhead" that thinks these screws should be tighten down to 15 foot pounds.
Normal screwdriver wouldn't budge them, all rounded from the wrong tool and the lower right screw on the right side needed needle nose vise grips to break free. Last shot I had versus drilling out. Sounded like the Navy out in the shop this morning. Damn, they were tight. Idiot.
I went to the hardware store and spent $2.50 on screws and some washers. They are 1 mm to long but Suzuki wants $2.95 each times 8. Forgetaboutit.
The good news is the fact the diaphragms are in good nick. Only one place has them, at a cost. 166 euro's each! No, it's not a mistype. Specific to the BS34SS carburetors.
