The frame looks pretty good.  If you used chrome-moly, I'm surprised it's not lighter.

I suspect may still be lighter than stock.
 What really matters. Is what are you gaining, and in that respect, even heavier (or more reliable ), is still worth it..

Correct, I'll take the rigidity.
I'll have to tally up the weights.
36 lb frame
Engine ? You guys should know that
Front end 75 lbs
Rear wheel with caliper and hanger 51 lbs
Exhaust 20 lbs
Shocks 5 lbs
Rearset 3 lbs
Oil tank. Maybe 5 lbs
I forget tank and seat maybe 5 lbs
Misc ?

Thanks. My customer really got screwed on the original bike. He paid $13,000 for what he thought was a high end restoration. Poor guy.
Goes to show, you better know who you are dealing with.
