Topic: What bike is this?

This happened at my town. When I heard the news, all I can think about was what kind of bike the attacker was riding. Surveillance video surfaced but I could not figure the bike out. Thought was maybe Moto Guzzi California 90? What do you guys think?

Either way, stuff like this making all bikers look bad.
