My friend Jay LaRossa (Lossa Engineering) - No Cancer!!
« on: June 03, 2016, 09:54:46 AM »
Many of you might know the name Jay LaRossa or Lossa Engineering in Southern California. Jay is not only a talented custom motorcycle builder but a husband, father, honest, hardworking guy, and a friend. Yesterday, Jay was dianosed with cancer for the third time. He is a strong man, but could use and he deserves all of the good will, wishes, prayers and support you can give.  If you know Jay, please reach out to him and tell him you are pulling for him.

Horrible news...really sad to hear this.

Ive never met Jay, but after I bought some seat tabs from him after your recommendation, I've been watching old cafe builds on YouTube featuring Jay.....he's a great guy, with an amazing talent.

Here's to him beating it yet again!

Hey, Don - aside from well wishes and prayers, is there anything we can collectively do? Does he have a GoFundMe site for his medical expenses or day-to-day living? I saw he was needing to liquidate some prized bikes, and I can't imagine his work schedule is unscathed by his medical duress. He's a very worthy cause not just as a man who walks this earth, but as a great ambassador to the brethren of motorcyclists everywhere.

Thanks guys.  I will definitely let everyone know what can be done to help.  There's a chance that Jay may need a bone marrow transplant.  If so, I am going help organize a testing drive in an effort to find a suitable donor.

There have been safe, non-toxic, natural cures for cancer for over 50 yrs. I'm living proof of the effectiveness of one of them. If Jay is open to other approaches than Big Pharma's multibillion dollar/yr fraud give him a copy of Outsmart Your Cancer, by Tanya Harter Pierce and tell him I used the Protocel she talks about in the book. It was tested by the FDA and found to be effective on every form of cancer but they refused to approve it for a cancer cure. He's certainly welcome to contact me at any time for info. Just shoot me a PM and I'll send my cell #.

Read about his first 2 bouts in 'Café Racer' about a year ago.  I've never had any interaction with him or his business, but he sure sounds like a helluva guy.  Thoughts and prayers out to Jay and his loved ones.

My uncle tried all number of all naturale anti-cancer remedies.  He never took me up on the one I suggested.  Having watched the cancer ravage his brain despite his effort left me skeptical of both mainstream and alternative "cures".

I decided to price my black Nine Lives 750 to sell quickly, and split the sales price with Jay to help with his care expenses.  If you are interested in the bike, want a deal, and would like to help out Jay, too, feel free to contact him or stop by his shop to look at it.

UPDATE:  Jay LaRossa's biopsies came back negative.  Apparently his scans picked up anomalous but benign growths in his lymph nodes.  No cancer!!!

"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of it's victim may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated, but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." - C.S. Lewis
