Primary chain tensioner wear limit

According to Honda the wear limit between the primary chain tensioner bracket and the oil pan mounting flange is 70mm (2.756in). Mine is at 68.5mm, anyone know what a new tensioner and chain would measure?

Its a 76 CB750F with about 45,000 miles.
