Worn rear wheel damper bushing?

I'm about to put a new (old stock) sprocket on my rear wheel and I couldn't help, but wonder about these rubber dampers that the sprocket fits into last pic looks like the worst. Is this OK..? Here's a diagram on the wheel the rubber bushing is #11

I think they're fine. Removing and replacing those is one of the hardest jobs you'll ever do on that bike. Ask me how I know.

That's a relief, thanks. I'll take your word for it like: if it's still there don't replace it. I dabed them with a rag and motor oil to help or make me feel better at least. I draw the line at removing old gaskets.  Since it's just the sprocket that needs to be replaced I'll leave everything else as is.
