Could not resist this one. I have always want a wing.
Its an 81 gl1100 Basket case thats been apart for 9 years.
Paid $100.00 for it.
Most of the parts are there and the motor turns over.

What are your plans with it?

I am going to take it a little further apart and attempt to do a complete restore on it.
It has 42,000 miles. I would like to find an original HondaLine fairing although the windjammer fairing is in very good shape.
The luggage is detachable vetter also in very good condition.
I have always wanted a bike that will carry both My wife and I easily. (We are not small people)
The first step is to rebuild the carburetors and see if the engine starts.
The timing belts and all the oil seals will need to be replaced.
The rear caliper and mount are missing as well as the battery box and will have to be replaced.
fortunately there are lots of parts for this bike on ebay.

I have had my '81 Wing since new. It is a great bike and I have had no problems with it at all. You will enjoy it!

I agree. Good score! There's a guy who lives near me who is selling an old wing (I thnk a GL1000). I keep threatening to stop and look at it, but haven't yet. That's okay, I realy can't afford it right now anyway...
