Hey, I'd like to do a movie with my camera of some of our twisties from the
bike point of view. What is a good mount for the camera on the Bike?

here's the one i made a while back on my 350f.  elastic string works wonders for securing to the chest with the help of the camera neck strap... it also works wonders for making you look like a freak when it is rainbow colors and winding around your body every which way.  but hey, it got the job done.

A Google search will turn up several commercial versions also. Trouble is, most are pretty expensive if all you are looking to do is fool around and experiment from time to time. I fabricated one out of stock clamp pieces from a camera shop and used a piece of an old mono pod I had lying around. It allows mounting on the handle bar or some of the down tubes of the frame for some different perspectives.
We'll all be someone else's PO some day.
