Maybe a silly question
How to remove the bearing from the Counter Shaft Bearing Holder.
Im going to replace this bearing whilst I do the engine rebuild.
I do have a bearing removal tool but the issue is the centre stud in the casting will not allow the tool to go down far enough to bite onto the bearing centre to remove the bearing from the Bearing holder.

It comes out easy , warm it up..probably will fall out

Mine just pushed out by hand after hitting it with a heat gun.

...but if youre going to replace it, just hit it with a punch/deadblow.

Thanks guys for your input.
As you stated I heated it up and it just fell out of the bearing holder 
Now just have to wait for bearings to arrive so I can put the gearbox together.

The bearing look like not completely seated but it is. I used a heat gun to heat the case and the bearing fell in. Maybe I had the bearing in the freezer too, -25C.
New bearing on the other side too, inside the counter shaft holder? Same there, heat and it will fall out. The small O-ring here must be replaced to ensure oil pressure.

I had issues with clutch pressure plate at last rebuild, the bearing just fell out. I had another clutch with fresher plate and bearing to use.

New cush rubbers in primary chain hub? Available from Germany and France (France link in hipo forum)
