Cb750 rocker arms and shafts
« on: April 21, 2017, 10:33:12 am »
Hello all I've been reading the forum for years and finally am building my bike. I am having an issue with the rockers and shafts. My rockers measure between 12.05 and 12.07 and the shafts between 11.96 and 11.95. I know this is too far out of spec for what I'm doing and need advice on where to get new rockers and shafts. I have access to a machine shop and I'm not opposed to making my own shafts out of Thomson shafts but the rockers are where I'm lost. The engine is high horsepower and will see high revs more than a street bike. Any help is greatly appreciated.

There is a single NOS shaft on EBay. Grab that and at least use it for measurement comparison. Relatively rare but not as rare as new rockers  :o

You can get rebuild hardwelded rockers from Cyclex and Dynoman.  Other wise they are discontinued from Honda.
