Accelerator Pump Issue

Hello everyone! I have been having issues with my accelerator pump lately. I have finally got the accelerator pump to work, however it only squirts out fuel on the #2 carb pump. #s 1,3, and 4 are not squirting gas like they should be. I have cleaned the tubes between the carbs and have made sure all of them have their respective brass restrictor plugs. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

I could be wrong as it's been awhile but isn't the pump only on number two carburetor. I had a 77 model.

I'm old.
