First '76 CB750, in Chicago
« on: June 18, 2017, 06:52:50 PM »
I bought an unrestored and solid '76 CB750 a year ago.  I'm drawn to the CB for a number of reasons, and excited to own it.

Engine runs and just needs new intake rubber on the airbox, and a silencer for the 4-to-1 manifold that the previous owner installed

I'd like to first just get it roadworthy and drive it as close to original as possible, then maybe turn it into a project one day...

Any suggestions on the key steps to getting it roadworthy are highly appreciated.

Thanks

Download a manual from this site and do the 3K maintenance - it'll let you know exactly where you are with the bike.

Welcome!
