CB350F: How to bend exhaust pipes (back into position)
« on: June 03, 2005, 02:00:22 AM »
The two left exhaust pipes on my 4-4 system is bent downwards where the
pipes gets bigger, about at the footrest. They are so bent, that at the end
of the pipes, they are 10-15 cm lower than the right side.

How can I bend them back into normal position without damaging them?
Could I just heat them up and bend?

Thanks!

greetings,

If you must do it yourself, fill them with sand, and bung the ends with a cork - this stops the pipes from kinking. Then heat and bend.
