ted, you should open a museum!
so, what do you call your '69 models?... a "cb750___"?
Just CB750. I have two 1970 CB750s also, both manufactured in January 1970. I thought one of my 1970 CB750 was one of the 121 real CB750K0s but serial numbers are too low, even though it has the K1 type carburators and an early 1968 type taillight featured in British CB750s. I did a dedicated CB750 issue in one of my Tigers of Terra comics back in 1991 (series 2 issue#4) which featured an original silver CB750 prototype on the cover but back then I was little confused by the K0 designation. Since then I purchased nearly 20 1968-1972 Honda CB350-CB750 models (it's easy to identify them when, as a kid. drooling over the bikes you can't afford, collected all the major motorcycle brochures from that era) and resently restored most of them thanks in part to ebay under very very careful shopping (some stuffs were mis-identified). I also did another dedicated motorcycle comics resently titled Angels 750 which showed the second CB750 prototype on the cover of issue #1. Now I'm tackling my collection of Kawasakis.
