I hope you line that tank with Caswell or POR-15 to inhibit ethanol delamination.

Commercial sealer used in underground fuel tanks. But it's no longer available in the US, or anywhere else for that matter.

Previous carbon tank. Never had an issue. But fortunately for me I live in Florida and we can buy non-ethanol fuel.

Nice CF bodywork. Are you leaving it black to show off the beautiful weave?

Probably run a strip of some sort down the center. Leaning towards red, but who knows. Engine is 3mm overbore, web B can, ported and polished. Not a lot of money left in the budget for paint. All he previous carbon fiber bikes I sold. This one is for me.

That looks slick.

What battery is in the tray? Looks slim - similar to a Speedcell.

I take it you will be making a CF inner fender or something like it and or an electronics tray for the remaining electrical components (m-unit or other).

Using an antigravity battery. That's all the electronics; battery, regulator/rectifier, fuse box, led flasher.

I missed that was the fuse box on the right. That's very compact.

Hey Shortround and innovativems,

Would either of you consider making a custom carbon fiber airbox?  Camrector, myself and possibly Dave Barbier would be interested in an airbox that would fit in a 550 frame but connect to 750 carburetors.
