Which external brake master cilinder

Hi,

Which external master cylinder can I search for, in order to put a cable type brake lever on a CB750?
I run twin disk with F1 calipers.  So which (kind of) bikes had them, or perhaps there is an aftermarket solution

Yamaha xj750 seca ‘81-‘83
Some ‘70s BMW’s I think, R75?

Z1R used them hard to find,  I think all Beemer in early 80s.
 I think fab Kevin has them but they look like an adapted rear one.
