New owner of a ,74
« on: December 27, 2017, 05:23:12 AM »
Just picked up '74 CB750.   It's my first bike since the early 90s.

Only issues I have found so far is some light oil leakage and it's popping out of 2nd.

I think I want to keep it mostly stock.

First job is to replace the torn / brittle seat cover.  Are the ones on eBay decent?  $30 seems rediculously cheap.  I wouldn't mind spending a loittle more for a nicer seat that still looked stock(ish)

Welcome from Texas. How'bout them Seminoles! Oh, you're prolly a Gator fan?

Some of the ebay seat covers are good, dont buy the cheapest ones.

Minor oil leak is common, popping out of gear is not.
