Just registered. I’m in Hutto, TX. Working on a 78 CB750K. Got a long way to go.

It’s a 78 CB750K , 4288 miles on the clock. Non running and I paid way too much for it . I am working on getting it to start currently . It didn’t have a key when I got it and I have replaced the ignition lock cylinder but nothing happens when I have jumpers on the battery

Check all fuses, and make sure battery is good.
